Planet Salsa is an organization which specialises in training Performing Arts with speciality in Latin Ballroom/Ballroom/Middle Eastern/Street Dancing/Western/Bollywood/Indian/Semi Classical and Folk Dancing and its promotion in all over India and Abroad.

We have an experience of working with the Indian Institute of Technology - Kanpur,Roorkee, Indian Institute of Information and Technology - Allahabad, Indian Institute of Management - Lucknow, National Institute of Fashion Technology, Civil Services Institute - Lucknow, SGPGIMS - Lucknow, I.T College - Lucknow, A.G.D.C - Lucknow,have Partnered with The Times Of India, Dainik Jagran, Hindustan Times, Hindustan, Viacomm - MTV India, Zee Networks, Aaj Tak, Etv etc for various Performing Arts Promotional Events all across North and Central India.

Our events such as FIESTA LATINA (Annual National Latin Dance Event) has enjoys huge participation nationally and from different countries as well.Every year this event sees huge media coverages (both electronic and print) pre and post event as well as contestant preparing and rallying in for the top championship an year before.
Now it is dubbed by the media as the biggest Latin Dance fest in all of North India.

Mrs.Manjusha Nigam is the Founder/Mentor of Planet Salsa India and is the one who has created whos n whos in the dance industry like Abhishek Awasthi of Nach Baliye/Zee Cinestar/Boogie Woogie Fame and also Gaurav Bajpai of Zee Cinestar,Faculties of Kishore Namit Kapoor A cting[Lab] Institute,Sona Batra,Miss India World Contestants and numerous others of Tele Serials fame. She has taught more 56,000 people in Planet Salsa India in over 17 years. Has founded legendary Western,Bollywood,Middle Eastern,Street Dancing departments at Planet Salsa India. She is the Co-Founder of Latin Ballroom and Ballroom department.

She is the co mentor of Fiesta Latina,Dance Club of IIM-L,NIFT-R,SGPGIMS-L,Civil Services Institute - Lucknow,M.B Club - Lucknow,Brahma Varta Club Kanpur, Kanpur Junior Chamber,Rotary Club-Kanpur,Lions Club - Kanpur etc.

Mr.Bhupendra Nigam is also the Co - Founder/Mentor of Planet Salsa India and has taught to more than 7,ooo people nuances of Latin and Ballroom Dancing in over 7 years. He has taught to numerous actors and dance directors from the hindi and south Film industry. His easy to learn and high on fun quotient workshop in Latin dancing has attracted Dance enthusiasts from national and abroad as well.

A full blown coverage of his workshop is been covered by Nikhil Chinnappa for MTV Super Select at Antaragni'06 and by various other Renowned media in other events. He holds a record of teaching the highest number of people in a single workshop i.e 943 people at IsaBella Thoburn College,Lucknow on December 1st '06 - 'World Aids Day' Salsa Workshop.He has founded the Legendary Latin Ballroom and Ballroom Department at Planet Salsa India. He is the Mentor of Fiesta Latina,Dance Club of IIM-L,NIFT-R,SGPGIMS-L,Civil Services Institute - Lucknow, IIT-K,IIIT - A,ISBM-Pune,IsaBella Thoburn College-Lucknow,Lucknow Round Tablers, M.B Club - Lucknow etc.

He has also established the Alumni network of Planet Salsa India which spans the Globe and through which he has Orchestrated the Founding and Evolution of the Dance Club of Durham Business School - U.K,BITS Pilani Dubai Campus. He is also an active working member of various International Latin and BallRoom Dancing Clubs and Communities. He is very popular among the youth and has a cult following throughout the length and breadth of India.

Together as Founders and Mentors of Planet Salsa India they have been invited to one of the significant Dance Championships as Honorary Judges and have been one of the most influential couple in and outside the Dance and Entertainment industry and are the Who and Whos of the Social Elites of North India.
